06 Nov Alberto García-Alix at Paris Photo 2023

Albarrán Bourdais gallery will present a selection Alberto García-Alix works at Paris Photo 2023 art fair, which will be held from Thursday, November 9 to Sunday, November 12, 2023 in the french capital.

Among the work that can be seen on display by the spanish photographer are some of his most iconic portraits taken in the eighties, as well as his most recent work from the series “Fantasías en el Prado”, where the author uses double and triple exposure to develop an imaginary of phantasmagoria with the paintings housed in Prado Museum.

During the fair, on November 10, the winner of the Aperture awards for best Photo Book of the Year will be revealed. One of the nominees is the book “Archivo Nómada” by Alberto García-Alix, published by Cabeza de Chorlito.
