15 Dec Collective exhibition at MUCEM (France)

Alberto García-Alix participates in the collective exhibition HIV/AIDS, the epidemic is not over!, which is being held from December 15th, 2021 to May 2nd, 2022 at MUCEM (Musée des civilizations de l’Europe et de la Méditerranée) in Marseille (France). It is the first exhibition of this magnitude, which traces the history of the HIV epidemic forty years after the discovery of the first AIDS cases. Through banners, brochures, posters, associative magazines and various objects, as well as photographs and works of art collected from various artists. The exhibition shows the impact of HIV on society and on the people affected, offering a balance of their struggles and the obstacles that they still face today.
